Returns

•Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

•Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

 

Return Process

 1.Contact Us: To initiate a return Whatsapp us on +20 12 72019880 or please email us at admin@kk-egypt.com with your order number, reason for return and picture of the product.

 2.Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send your item back to us.

 3.Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

•Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

•If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

Exchanges
